Certain products, product categories, and transactions do not qualify for Cashback Kitty rewards. In most cases, these exclusions are decided by the partnering third-party merchant and not by Honey. If there are no eligible items in your order, you will not earn Cashback Kitty rewards on that purchase. Generally, we will not be able to confirm the amount of your order that is eligible for Cashback Kitty rewards (or whether some of your purchases are ineligible) until after you have completed your purchase.
